Job description

  • Strategic Staffing
  • Identify and build key talent segments and provide input to workforce plan/staffing model
  • Work with managers to execute workforce plan and strategy
  • Interview candidates as necessary (critical talent and senior level positions)
  • Conducting exit interview sessions and make the analytical reports
  • Resource Allocation 
  • New Hire/Termination
  • Manage business justification
  • Work with outplacement counselors
  • Provide coaching to managers
  • Review and analyze turnover data and provide solutions and excute them

  • Help Managers on developing appraisals and delivering feedback

  • Meet with leadership to discuss salary guidelines
  • Finalize salary plan/budget
  • Provide consultative guidance and coaching to managers on pay for performance philosophy and implementation

  • Receive grievances and disciplinary issues (critical talent and senior level positions)
  • Employee Retention
  • Conduct business unit feedback sessions
  • Develop process to cascade findings to the organization
  • Coach Managers on communicating feedback
  • Retention plan based on analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering,.. or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of combined experience in an HR business partner role and a related HR role such as talent management, leadership development, program management, talent acquisition or compensation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
  • Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
  • Ability to analyze Data, preparing the analytical reports and work with related graphs.
  • Excellent in Ms. Excel.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives
  • Successful record of executing operational processes and procedures, with high levels of customer satisfaction
